Description:
The 4th Street Infrastructure Improvement Project included installation of a new 12" waterline, 36" storm drain, and 24" storm drain lines across Fourth, College, and Powell Streets. Additional work included new fire hydrants, water service replacements, curb, gutter, sidewalks, driveways, ADA ramps, landscaping, and curb inlets—revitalizing vital underground infrastructure and public streetscape elements.
