4th St Infrastructure Improvements

Description:
The work includes the installation of a new 12" waterline and new 36" storm drain line on Fourth St, a new 24" storm drain line on College St, and a new 24" storm drain line on Powel St. The new line will be tied to existing lines in Fourth, Line, Mapleton and College Streets, and the existing 8" line will be capped and abandoned in place. Two new fire hydrants will be installed, and all water services and meter boxes along the new water line will be replaced. New curb, gutter, driveways and ramps will be installed on Fourth St. with and add/alternate for new sidewalk. New curb ramps and curb inlets will be installed as indicated at the intersection of Fifth and College Streests and Powell and Sixth St.
