The Hilby (ASR) Pump Station project involved the construction of a new above-grade concrete masonry unit (CMU) pump station building equipped with mechanical piping, pumps, motorized valves, and advanced electrical and instrumentation systems. The scope included site grading, trenching, concrete foundations, process piping, fencing, security, and restoration work to modernize regional water infrastructure.
